Professor Leslie Weston is Strategic Research Professor, Plant Biology and Weed Science at
Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga.
 
Professor Weston is a highly regarded in weed scientist with an extensive academic career. 
She has specialities in the utilisation of allelopathy, weed competitiveness and weed ecology 
and genetic variation.
 
Professor Weston came to Charles Sturt after 10 years as Associate Professor, Alternative 
Weed Management Systems at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, USA.
